Thrive is a healthcare and insurance-focused case management system. I designed and developed the full admin-side platform, including workflow visibility dashboards, case status pipelines, scheduling operations, organization/examiner administration, and data-heavy interfaces for day-to-day operational control.

• Operational analytics dashboard with active cases, pending queues, scheduling load, and activity metrics
• Central case management flows for verification, assignment, scheduling, and review lifecycle
• Multi-stage status tracking (pending, scheduled, under review, completed, due) across admin views
• Scalable table interfaces with sorting, filtering, and workflow-action controls
